LONG TERM GOAL
Through strategic planning by management, CSS has made a conscious decision to continue offering a wide range of integrated, specialized services to its clientele. The Goal is to expand this range of services to encompass the specialized IT needs of its clients, in order to become the foremost vendor in the Western Cape region supplying Structured Computerised Electronic Services to End-users, IT Service Suppliers and the Corporate market.

CSS, although categorized as a SMME, has not attained qualification as a full BEE Enterprise through ownership holding.
CSS has a current staff complement which has a 50% PDI status.
CSS has an active PDI Procurement Policy and Affirmative Action Employment plan in place.
ACCREDITATION
CSS is committed to supplying a quality of Service Excellence and have attained certification as Microsoft ® Certified Professional and are partners in the Microsoft ® OEM System Builder Program. The company is on the Microsoft panel as a Registered Member.
CSS are accredited Assessment Technicians and approved Equipment Suppliers to Santam Multiplex, Mutual & Federal (Sentrasure), Hollard Insurance and S. A. Eagle Insurance Companies.
CSS is an approved supplier for financing at most of the major banking institutions, including ABSA Bank (Bankfin), Nedbank (Nedbank Asset Finance), Standard Bank (Stannic), First National Bank (Wesbank).
CSS is the accredited and approved warranty repair centre for Hero Point-of-sales Equipment.
COVERAGE
CSS is based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town, Western Cape. Where required, CSS has alliances with service partners offering services in all of the main centers of South Africa.
