BRING IN SERVICES (Depot)
CSS offers a carry-in repair facility on all major brands of PC’s and peripherals. Printers include, Lazer, Inkjet, Dot-matrix, Line, Point-Of-Sale (POS), Thermal and Barcode. Amongst others we support, Hewlett Packard, Seikosha, Epson, OKI, Canon, Citizen and Zebra. Our monitor ranges includes all manufactures ranging from monochrome to large professional units. CSS is also qualified to repair and support Barcode scanners from various suppliers e.g. Symbol, Welch Allen, etc.
Our in-house facilities offer repairs down to component level including SMD (Surface Mount Device) technology. Our specialist Engineers have a combined expertise and experience level in excess of 30 years in specialized electronic repairs.
FIELD SERVICES (On-site)
CSS offers on-site hardware and software support on a wide range of products. CSS has a basis of fixed rate maintenance agreements and preventative maintenance agreements with stipulated response times in place, but also offer its support services on an ad-hoc or time and materials basis. Included in our field service offerings is actual network installations (LAN / WAN) and the hardware/software support thereof.
NETWORK SUPPORT & COMMUNICATION SERVICES
CSS is committed to supplying a quality of Service Excellence and have attained Certification as Microsoft ® Certified Professional and are partners in the Microsoft ® OEM System Builder Program
CSS offers on-site network support to various Operating Systems, including:
Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/XP/Vista, Microsoft Server O/S – NT/2000/2003
Our Network support incorporates specialist auditing, design, implementation and cabling of systems to the clients’ requirements, based on our recommendations and specifications inherent to our experience and expertise as Certified Network engineers.
Cabling types offered are UTP Category 5 & 6, Coax and Fiber-optic.
CSS also supply and install full wireless solutions for inter-office, inter-building and extended range applications.
We are also able to offer an electrical reticulation and air-conditioning installations for communications rooms. Where required we make use of specialist contractors for installation of raised flooring in comms rooms.
MAIL-SERVERS, FIRE-WALLS & INTERNET CONNECTIVITY
They design, supply and implement Microsoft Servers based on the Windows SBS 2000/2003 platforms as well as on Server and Enterprise Server 2000/2003 Platforms.
Their servers run a host of customized functions such as Internal Mail, automated fax receiving, Port blocking, Anti-virus scanning, where customized support of these systems are offered on an SLA based maintenance contract.
ISP SERVICES
CSS provides full ISP facilities for domain hosting, analogue and ISDN Dial-up and ADSL fixed line connectivity through a partnership agreement. As a dealer for Telkom SA, CSS supply Telkom VSAT internet connectivity solutions.
MOBILE TELEPHONY
Through a partnership agreement with VODACOM, CSS provides full mobile telephony services and connectivity such as HSDPA/3G/GPRS, Sentech and I-burst wireless and full Cellular phone contracts, upgrades and cellular products. CSS supply the 3G facilities for full network connectivity and VPN Access.

SALES
Parts Sales - Printers -
CSS have committed ourselves to holding stock of parts for most popular printers including HP, CANON, and EPSON etc. Sourcing direct from international as well as local suppliers, we are able to offer a diverse range of new & remanufactured spares at reasonable prices. We also endeavor to assist with new and reworked parts for non-popular printers.
Systems -
We are able to supply complete single user to Multi-user networked systems, configured to client’s specific needs. We have our own CSS Branded PC product for the desktop market, and also supply desktop units from IBM, Acer and HP/Compaq. Server Systems supplied are from Intel, HP/Compaq Proliant and IBM. Laptop computers supplied are from HP/Compaq, IBM, Acer, Asus and Mecer. CSS also has extensive sourcing capability to supply 2nd hand desktop computers and laptops from various brands. Upgrades to existing systems can be affected where feasible. To compliment this, we offer consumables for all popular brands of printers.

CSS supply ink cartridges for small and large format - Inkjet and Laser printers. In-store you will find a comprehensive selection of photographic paper in cut-sheets and roll media.
