The founding father and Chief Executive Officer of CSS. Rico has a 100% share in CSS held by the Rico Barlow Family Trust.
Rico is a multi-faceted businessman who has share-holding in; and actively manages a variety of companies in Information Technology, Electronic Repairs, Property Development, Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Supply, Brick-making, Aluminium Guttering, Simulated Stone Manufacture and Innovation Concepts.
Rico has over 16 years of experience in the IT Industry, ranging from Electronics Repair, Support and Networking to Management.
Rico oversees the general well-being of the company and focuses his attention on streamlining of business processes and the implementation of new services.
Rico is actively involved in the day-to-day running of Computer Support Specialists and MDC Projects.
Rico, who is a self-proclaimed “Petrol Head”, spends his social time in various forms of motor sport and actively races single-seater motorcars at regional level. He is actively involved in Western Province Motorsport Club, where he is an Executive Committee Member and is the chairman of Formula Libre Western Province, he also owns and manages the Rico Barlow Racing Team.
Rico is a committed family man and he and Francunette have three children; Nicole, Ashley and Rico II

Francunette, who headed up CSS with Rico is at the financial heart of CSS and uses her 14 years of financial acumen to see to the day-to-day running of all financial matters.
Francunette is a committed mother and home-maker and holds her family’s well-being as her top priority, juggling her time between home, schools and CSS.
Fran is an avid travel enthusiast and extremely competent chef and would certainly spend her social time in this pursuit.
An extremely competent events organiser, Fran also organises all social activities for CSS and RBE Motorsport and is in charge of sub-contracting all catering requirements.
